Airports

Bangkok has two international airports: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is the main hub and served by most European, Middle Eastern and long-haul carriers; Don Mueang (DMK) is the low-cost hub served predominantly by AirAsia, Nok Air and Thai Lion. Both are connected to the city by tolled expressways and by public transport.

From Suvarnabhumi (BKK)

Taxi via Motorway 7 is the fastest option. Airport Rail Link to Makkasan followed by a short ride-hail is the budget alternative. Grab and Bolt both operate at the airport. Allow forty-five to sixty minutes to central Bangkok.

From Don Mueang (DMK)

Taxi via the Don Mueang Tollway and the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, typically thirty-five to fifty minutes to central Bangkok. Bus 554 and 555 operate frequent scheduled services to Suvarnabhumi if you need to connect between airports.

Visa and entry

Thailand offers visa-free entry to holders of most EU, UK, US, Canadian, Australian and GCC passports, typically for thirty or sixty days. Confirm current requirements with the Royal Thai Embassy in your country before travel. A completed Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is required before you check in for your flight.

Accommodation

We can suggest hotels close to the training venue that offer corporate rates for AEROWA candidates. Options span serviced apartments for families, business hotels for solo candidates, and airside hotels at Suvarnabhumi for very early or very late sessions.

Ground logistics

Once your session is confirmed we send a candidate brief with the exact venue address, entry procedures, the recommended transport option from your hotel and any operational notes (early gate hours, security screening, dress code).
