What to include in your first message

1. Type of session: revalidation, combined LPC/OPC, recurrent, refresher for a lapsed rating, or PBN endorsement.
2. Licence details: State of Licence Issue, licence number and current expiry date of the A320 type rating.
3. Two or three preferred dates within a window (mention any hard deadlines).
4. Whether you have a crew partner or want us to match you with another candidate.
5. Class 1 medical validity date.
6. Recent sectors on type (approximate — a screenshot of your logbook is fine).
7. For OPC: your operator name and the SOP version relevant to the check.

Turnaround

We reply the same working day (Bangkok time). Slot confirmations for standard windows normally follow within twenty-four hours. Last-minute requests within seven days are answered as fast as possible; short-notice availability is common on evening and night slots.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations more than seventy-two hours before the session are rebooked at no charge. Cancellations within seventy-two hours are re-quoted at fifty percent unless caused by documented force majeure (medical, ATC disruption, visa refusal).
